TERMS OF SERVICE
By using Streetsigns.com or engaging in any form of communication with Street Sign Corporation, including through the website, email, telephone, or in-person interactions, you agree to be bound by the complete terms and conditions stated below. Street Sign Corporation retains the right to amend, add, remove, or otherwise modify these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. If you do not agree to any of the statements or provisions outlined in the terms and conditions, please refrain from using any aspect of the information or services provided by Streetsigns.com.
CLAIMS & LIENS:
The Customer is required to submit a written claim within 48 hours of order delivery. Failure to make a claim within this timeframe will indicate acceptance of the product by Streetsigns.com. By accepting the product, the Customer acknowledges that the provider has fulfilled all terms, conditions, and specifications. The liability of the provider will be limited to the quoted selling price of any defective goods, without additional responsibility for special or consequential damages.
To ensure payment of any outstanding sums under the agreement, Streetsigns.com retains the right to hold and place a lien on all customer property in its possession. This right applies even if credit has been extended, notes have been accepted, trade acceptances have been made, or payment has been guaranteed. In the event of non-payment, the customer will be held liable for all collection costs incurred.
COPYRIGHT RELEASE:
By utilizing any service provided by Streetsigns.com, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are the legal owner and/or licensee of all artwork submitted to Streetsigns.com. The Customer also releases Streetsigns.com from any legal liability pertaining to copyright violation or infringement. The Customer assumes full responsibility and liability for all forms of artwork submitted to Streetsigns.com. The ownership of the content uploaded or sent to Streetsigns.com remains with the Customer.
COPYRIGHTS:
The Customer guarantees that the subject matter to be printed does not violate any third-party copyrights. The Customer also agrees to refrain from infringing upon trademarks, patents, trade secrets, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or any other legal rights of third parties, and will adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Customer acknowledges that the absence of a copyright notice does not guarantee the right to reproduce copyrighted material, as subject matter can still be protected by copyright law. Furthermore, the Customer assures that no copyright notice has been removed from any materials used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction.
To uphold these warranties, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Streetsigns.com harmless for any liability, damages, and attorney fees incurred in connection with any legal action related to copyright infringement involving the produced or provided work.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS AND LIABILITY:
In order to ensure the completion of a customer's order, all relevant information must be included in the customer's file for that specific order, starting from the time the order is placed until it is shipped from our facility. Customers have the option to provide necessary information through various channels, including the special instructions field in the order form, email, postal mail, telephone, or in-person communication.
SUBMISSIONS:
By submitting questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or any other material via email or other forms of communication, you give Streetsigns.com permission to utilize such submissions for marketing and promotional purposes. You acknowledge that Streetsigns.com is not obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any submissions. You also agree not to bring any claims against Streetsigns.com based on "moral rights" or similar rights arising from the use of your submissions. Please note that this section does not apply to your content that will appear as part of your product when using any Streetsigns.com service.
CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY:
Streetsigns.com will provide extended coverage for customer property only while it is in our possession. Our liability for such property will not exceed the amount recoverable from the insurance.
DISCLAIMER:
Streetsigns.com offers its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website, service, or its use will be uninterrupted, free of inaccuracies or errors, or meet your specific requirements. We also do not guarantee compatibility with your hardware or software.
Streetsigns.com makes no warranties other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
In no event will Streetsigns.com be liable to you or any third party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including damages related to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or connected with the use of the Streetsigns.com service, regardless of the cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Limitation of liability: Except for a breach of a party's representations and warranties under these terms & conditions or in connection with your indemnity obligations under these terms & conditions, Streetsigns.com's liability will not exceed the value of products received or services rendered. The value of products or services is limited to the stated value on the Streetsigns.com website or as stated by an authorized Streetsigns.com agent.
GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION AND VENUE:
The rights and obligations of the parties will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, excluding its conflict of laws rules. By entering into a business transaction with Streetsigns.com, you consent to the jurisdiction of all federal and state courts in Minnesota. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought and enforced exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Minnesota. The parties further consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any argument that venue in any such forum is not convenient.
INDEMNIFICATION:
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Streetsigns.com harmless from any economic loss or harmful consequences that may arise in connection with the work. This includes the Customer's commitment to defend, indemnify, and protect Streetsigns.com against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any grounds, irrespective of responsibility for negligence.
LIABILITY:
Disclaimer of Express Warranties: Streetsigns.com provides a warranty that the work will conform to the description specified in the purchase order. The Customer acknowledges that the approved proof represents the final printed product and understands that there may be variations in color representation when viewed on different screens. Streetsigns.com will not be held responsible for any issues arising from files provided by the Customer, including color shifting and problems caused by improper file preparations. Please refer to the FAQ section for guidelines on supplying files as per the Customer's responsibility.
In the event that the Customer discovers a production error or manufacturing defect in the received item(s) from Streetsigns.com, Streetsigns.com will replace the item(s) at no additional charge. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. It is important to initiate any claims within 48 hours after the delivery of the product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Streetsigns.com and its suppliers shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues, costs of replacing goods, or loss or damage to data, arising from the use or inability to use this website or any product provided by Streetsigns.com. This limitation of liability applies to damages resulting from the use or reliance on the information provided on this website, even if Streetsigns.com or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

On this website, you may find links to external sites that are not owned by Streetsigns.com. You acknowledge and agree that Streetsigns.com is not responsible for the availability of these external sites or resources, and does not endorse or assume any responsibility or liability for the content, advertising, products, or other materials available on or through these sites or resources. By using such services, you agree that Streetsigns.com will not be held liable in any way for your use of these external services.
PERSONAL OR ECONOMIC RIGHT:
The Customer warrants that the work does not contain any content that is libelous, scandalous, or infringes upon anyone's right to privacy, personal rights, or economic rights. In the event of any legal action related to such content, the Customer agrees to defend Streetsigns.com at their own expense, provided that Streetsigns.com promptly notifies the Customer of the legal action and allows a reasonable time for the Customer to undertake and conduct a defense. Streetsigns.com retains the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse to print any content that they deem illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper, or infringing upon copyright law. Streetsigns.com does not print or promote any form of pornographic images or nudity. Additionally, Streetsigns.com reserves the right to reject orders that contain excessive use of written foul language and swear words, as such content may be considered offensive to the general public.
